Job Overview
o Close working relationships with Service AR team to ensure proper controls are in place, achieve higher Service Excellence deliverables.
o Prompt & accurate monitoring of customer deductions/claims, collaboration with the stakeholders & Sales to identify discrepancies, as well as strict adherence to all audit control requirements.
o Holds accountability for the Service Delivery and find efficiencies through continuous process improvement.
o Coaching and Mentoring the team.
o Process expertise with more focus on monitoring the administrative and financial components of the process

Job Responsibilities
45% of Time Service Delivery & Trial Balance management
• Monitor performance on SLAs and reporting
• Maintain team’s quality by ensuring that it is updated on process knowledge, providing expert technical referral support
• Manage stakeholder escalations and discuss with team to identify and implement solutions
• Weekly Stakeholder calls for process
• All business metrics to be met
• Fair understanding of Tableau
• End to end Ownership of Trial balance from Business & AR impact standpoint
• Identify customer specific trend & highlight the same to ICS and escalate timely
• Timely & regular review of ATB with the team
• Preparing for Reporting & Analyzing requirements as per the need
• Co-ordinate, Support, and work closely with Service AR Leads
• Cross collaborates with Trade Analyst to understand end to end process & proactively identify and highlight the anticipated issues
• S4 Hana understanding & navigate for any issues identify to resolve
• Shift timing 11:00am to 8:00pm IST (Extended support required during weekend/ Month end, as per business requirements)

45% of Time Research and Analysis
• Identify scope for Standardization of process
• Trend Analysis for various customers and Reason code to identify and fix the issue
• Reporting through Dashboard & Tableau tool
• Share with Sales/ICS with more insights on customer behavior
• Streamlined process with improved efficiency on clearance
• Identify Synergies with Upstream & Downstream Process
(E.g. Sources for BOL/POD from Carriers, improved recoding of deductions)
• Mediator between Sales/customer contact and GBS Team

10% of Time Continuous Improvement
• Help develop clear standardized processes
• Leverage CI tools and automation to initiate/lead projects to increase efficiency

Desired Profile


Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Major Area of Study: Finance & Accounts/ BMS/BBS/MBA

Minimum years of related experience required: 4 - 5 years of Accounts Receivables & Research and Analysis

- Require functional expertise in finance and accounting with more focus on monitoring the administrative and financial components of the trade payment process
