Job Overview
Manage supply chain finance functions for designated GMI manufacturing locations. Be a front face to the Finance Managers at plant and build a robust relationship with the plants. Provide analytical support to GMI plant Finance teams and Mumbai Supply Chain Finance Center of Excellence.
Job Responsibilities
30% of Time Communication: Email, Telephonic, Live Meeting & IM
- Communication with GMI Plants primarily for informing on month end and mid-month activities
30% of Time Month end activities:
- Inform GMI plant finance teams of activity completion.
- Approve accrual JE’s
- Update analytical reports
40% of Time Daily Activities:
- Prepare Spring Plan models
- Salary Compensation model, Wage labor model, Depreciation model, Allocation model, Consolidation model
- Build Rolling Forecast (RF) 1 & 2
- Approve mid-month accrual JE’s
- Prepare division COGS decks
- Prepare headcount reports
- Update plant accounting dashboard

Education
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Finance, Analytics, Accountancy, Costing
Required Professional Certifications: B.Com.
