The internship is a 10-week summer experience that includes working on real and impactful projects, enterprise technologies, and close interaction with Senior Leaders.
Opportunities are available both at our Corporate Headquarters (in Minneapolis, MN) as well as remote from wherever you sit!

- Strong leadership skills, business understanding and technical expertise
- Communication skills, strategic & analytical thinking aptitudes, and the ability to collaborate with global teams
- Top talent who can turn innovative ideas into solutions that will differentiate our business in the marketplace
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, MIS, Software Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
The hourly rate for this position is $31.15/hour. At General Mills we strive for each employee’s pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences and skills for their role. The pay for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decision including, but not limited to, educational degree in process, major of study and year in school.
