Job Overview:
SC Reporting and Analytics group is responsible for development of the reports, tools & dashboards which support and aid in decision making process in Supply Chain. This team provides exposure to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Deployment, Transportation, Inbound Logistics and Sourcing function.
This team works directly with Supply Chain, Business teams and IT for developing solutions which aid decision making and drive business value.
This team drives step-change innovation and improvements in business practices by delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and Supply chain expertise.
Responsibilities:
40% of time
Development of Reports / Tools / Visualization dashboards
Participate in business meetings to understand their requirements
Data and data sources exploration
Strategize & Perform ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) operation for Data collection, storage and cleaning
Create new reports / templates / dashboards for business stakeholders
Deliver time savings through process automations
Automate existing reports / dashboards
Self-service tool developments as per business requirements
30% of time
Lead different projects / efforts
Lead business meetings to understand their requirements and give solutions
Be the SME for Data and Visualization with good understanding of the business operations
Deliver high priority projects / adhoc requests with short turnaround time
Research new technology/methodologies applicable to business.
20% of time
On-boarding and development of new team members
Training and Development of new joiner
Mentoring associates / analysts on business processes and First pass quality
Prepare training requirements for the team and conduct trainings in SQL/Tableau/SSIS/VBA

Self-Development
Participate in Technical & Soft skill Trainings
Research new technology/methodologies applicable to business.

Required Education & Experience:
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: BSc., MSc., B.E., B.Tech. , Engineering, MBA Operations/SC, BCA/MCA
Preferred Professional Certifications: SQL Tableau
Minimum years of related experience required:5 Years

Skills needed:
SQL – Expertise in Queries, Procedures; Knowledge of SSIS preferable
Tableau – Dashboarding, LODs, Parameters, Use of different Charts
MS Excel – Expert in advanced concepts of Excel – Advanced Formulae, Pivots
MS Excel VBA – Expert in Functions, Procedures, Macro Development, Error Handling
MS Access – Intermediate Access Knowledge, VBA, Forms etc.
R / Python, SC Understanding – Basic (Preferred)
Project Management – Basic
