About the Role:
The Sr. Business Operations Analyst will be part of District Law Enforcement’s (DLE) Administration and Technology Services Team (ATS). The role with report to the Director of ATS and will be part of an overall team of 9 individuals within ATS.
You Will:
- Lead DLE’s compliance function
- Develop annual Compliance plan, conduct testing, analyze results, and propose process improvement recommendations and standardization opportunities to the Districts Chiefs Group
- Track completion of remediation plans, process improvement opportunities and standardization opportunities, and report status to DLE management.
- Coordinate District Law Enforcement responses to Internal Audit and Board of Governors reviews
- Complete activities as part of the staff engagement roadmap as assigned.
- Assist the lead nalayst with budget related tasks and serve as a back up for budget and procurement activities.
- Lead the publication of the DLE Annual Report - create Project plan, lead workgroup members, and manage timelines and assignments.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree, with a major in Business Management, or related field is preferred; coursework in operations management, budgeting, and accounting is a plus. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience of related professional work experience, with a focus on audit, compliance, budget, process improvement, and/or research, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of internal control concepts, including detailed knowledge in one or more of the following fields: audit, compliance, process improvement, or research; along with tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization’s operational processes and related risks.
- Ability to assimilate and apply new information quickly. Strong interpersonal skills, including speaking clearly and confidently when communicating with stakeholders from support staff to upper management.
- Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills; ability to present effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as governance groups.
- Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
