ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. You’ll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, you’ll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2024 and will be based in the Dallas office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
National IT – Client Services – End User Services – Digital Workplace – Windows Engineering. We support the Windows platform. We use tools like Intune, SCCM and Bigfix to deploy applications and configuration settings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Windows Product Homepage Refresh – update Digital Workplace Windows Product Homepage to better serve customers and key stakeholders.
- Windows PC Hardware Model Refresh – help coordinate with key vendors to introduce the next generation of PCs to the Federal Reserve System.
- Windows Endpoint Cloud Migration – help Digital Workplace Windows Team migrate Endpoint Management workloads from on-prem infrastructure to the cloud.
- Windows Product Development – coordinate with Digital Workplace Windows Product Team, Scrum Master, and Product Owners to improve delivery of Products and Services, using Product Management best practices and Agile.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Entry level of experience and proficiency in field
- Able to balance workload between job profiles and job requirements
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to prioritize when faced with competing requests/issues
- Preferred Degree/Major: Undergraduate entering their Junior or Senior year Information Technology or Computer Science degree preferred

WORK HOURS:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/ week). Some additional hours may be required
