About the Opportunity

The Cloud Solutions and Services team is looking for a Solution Product Manager who is passionate about the next generation of software products running in the cloud. We deliver easy to consume customer-centric and secure capabilities to host applications that run the systems for Federal Reserve services. As Solution Product Manager you will guide product alignment across the cloud solution by collaborating with multiple partners and products to understand their needs and ensure we are defining solutions to meet those needs that are desirable and viable. You will be hybrid in-office at one of our Reserve Bank locations reporting to the Senior VP of Cloud Solutions and Services.

What you will do:

  • Partner across district banks, Application Development Teams, and internal customers looking to use cloud technologies to understand the 3-6-12 month forward-looking requirements to define and lead strategy to ensure success in the cloud.

  • Partner with Leadership, Product Line Managers, Solution Architect, Solution Train Engineer to develop Solution Epics and Capabilities with Solution Intent and System Strategy.

  • Partner with BDG, Programs, Products, and Solution Team to identify opportunities to refine our Solution Engagement model.

  • Lead feedback events for Partners, BDGs, to establish priorities, roadmaps, product delivery to help identify thematic feedback to lead Roadmap and Product improvements.

  • Develop product specific documentation demonstrating the capabilities of the Public Cloud and Public Cloud Roadmaps for the National IT Team.

  • Advocate for, and act as a promoter of Cloud across the FRB system.

  • Lead initiatives and meetings to ensure representation of the Cloud team in reoccurring meetings providing input across the FRB System for the Cloud Team.

  • Coach other product managers and owners on the product discipline.

  • Champion and grow the product discipline within the broader organization of the chief operating officer.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management or relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Advanced expertise in development and use of product roadmaps and product visions within an agile environment; comfort applying agile lean portfolio management methods

  • Understanding of Cloud Technologies, Cloud Service Providers, Cloud Infrastructure, Data integration and management, DevOps, and Cloud Native requirements for applications

  • The ability to travel once a quarter for important, in-person meetings.

  • The national hiring range for the Senior Product Manager is $129,200-$177,650 annually. For candidates in certain markets (Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; New York City Metro Area, Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA), the listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
