Federal Reserve Bank of St. LouisThe Internal Support, Payments and SASTeC (ISPS) Division is looking for an Assistant Manager in the Division Support department. Reporting to a manager, you will oversee the Bank’s parking, badging, personnel screening and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentialing operations, while managing projects for the department. You will also have oversight of the Division’s information security processes and District records management.Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of the fingerprinting, badging, and vendor screening processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all documentation while providing coaching and development of the team members.
Manage the Bank’s parking operation that includes enrolling and canceling Bank parkers, liaison with other garage management, maintaining current parking location lists of all Bank parkers, and troubleshooting concerns and issues parkers report with other garages.
Lead completion and coordination of the division's information security processes
Manage ISPS projects to completion and create and maintain relevant, detailed project artifacts to include project scope, charter, plan, timeline, communications plan, change requests, risk and issue logs, and budget/status reports.
Work with project teams to identify, mitigate and communicate risks, issues and status throughout the project while escalating awareness of the project and performance.
Oversee and assist records coordinator with implementing the Bank’s records management program through annual records map creation, physical record disposition and access reviews of the physical records inventory tool.
Manage team members on other tasks performed such as submitting equipment requests, logical and physical access requests, and completing self audits.
Conduct ad hoc assignments that align with the overarching goals within the Division.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
3+ years relevant experience; inclusive of experience managing and influencing teams
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous projects and work processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of internal staff and external customers
Ability to solve complex problems and improve quality and service
Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management and/or PMP certification, encouraged
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Daptiv, and Clarity)

Salary: $85,000 - 115,000
