We are seeking a driven Project Management Intern to join our team. As a member of our Professional Services department, you will work closely with implementation engineers and cross functional stakeholders to help improve internal processes, communication, and achieve departmental goals. Your role will be vital in ensuring our customers are set up for success and growth, as you collaborate with our internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. A passion for process optimization and a dedication to maintaining critical business processes are also key attributes for success in this role.


As a member of our Technical Services Department, you will work closely with our Professional Services Team to help customers implement and deploy Incydr. In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning and execution of various projects
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans and timelines
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
  • Work with stakeholders from cross-functional departments to ensure project goals are met
  • Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and on track
  • Work with our team to document standard operating procedures


  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of coursework completed
    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field with at least two years of coursework completed
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in or existing knowledge of business to business software implementation
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) from May 28th - August 16th (expected dates)
  • Ability to work hybrid (in office 2 days a week)
  • Preferred
    • Rocketlane or other Project Management Software experience
