About the Role
The Senior Events Program Manager will be an integral part of the Event Marketing function within the Corporate Marketing team at Arctic Wolf. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape Arctic Wolf’s Corporate Event experiences while supporting events under the functional umbrella that facilitate learning, fuel pipeline growth and leave a lasting impression with our target audiences. You will be responsible for orchestrating world-class corporate events—from concept to execution— while also supporting initiatives led by the Events Team, including branded, sponsored, and internal events.
Responsibilities
Inspire team to build best-in-class event experiences with a creative approach that will drive lead generation, nurture existing prospects, and engage current customers and partners throughout the entire funnel.
Highlight our brand, culture, solutions, use-cases, executive team, and array of offerings through immersive and interactive environments.
Develop a deep understanding of Arctic Wolf’s business and marketing needs to deliver confident recommendations that engage and inspire; guide and influence content that will ensure high impact meetings and events.
Assist in building out the strategy for Arctic Wolf’s strategic sponsorships to achieve strong ROI performance.
Own, balance and maintain functional events budgets; seek to achieve forecasted budget on a quarterly basis.
Oversee all aspects of event programs and event strategy - including ideation, planning, design, and execution.
Manage, RFPs, on-board and maintain external partners and vendors, including negotiating optimal terms and holding accountable for service-delivery.
Preform program audits and manage reporting to make data driven decisions and recommendations to ensure programs are driving key KPIs such as pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, and sourced ARR.
Serve as a highly visible corporate event lead; communicate effectively and concisely with executive stakeholders internally and externally; must have a strong and polished executive presence.
Must be able to handle the pressure of an extremely fast paced environment inclusive of tight deadlines and turnaround times. Able to solve problems, juggle, and keep a cool head in the sometimes-chaotic world of events.

Ability to collect, synthesize, and act upon competitive intelligence and prevailing best practices that deliver maximum ROI from vendor sponsored events
Strong analytical skills; ability to measure effectiveness of programs and extract actionable insights
Financial acumen and business / budget management
Ability to make compelling business cases
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of overall event marketing experience
Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation and sales processes. Understanding of marketing/sales funnel and methods by which to increase opportunities and impact pipeline velocity
Strong analytical skills: ability to measure effectiveness of programs and extract actionable insights (experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau with the ability to learn new software quickly a plus)
Highly collaborative and able to manage various leveled stakeholders while building positive business relationships
Creative thinker, who can pivot goals/objectives into well-formulated experiences that differentiate our events
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
Ability to initiate tasks and work independently with sharp attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
