Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office)
About the Role
The Sales Analyst will create repeatable, scalable analytics with standardized definitions agreed upon by key stakeholders and in accordance with our data governance policies to help our Customer Success and Product business partners drive decisions via meaningful analysis.
Responsibilities
Analyze data regarding sales and marketing performance and company trends
Generate monthly and quarterly reports on sales pipeline, activities, wins, and losses
Assist in preparation of presentations for Board of Directors and Sales Leadership
Creation and maintenance of dashboards within Salesforce.com
Who You Are
Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, data modeling, etc.)
Intermediate Tableau skills (including creating calculations, literacy in data visualization, ability to build out a data source for ad hoc analysis) a plus
Knowledgeable about Salesforce.com
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to distill the data meaningfully to leadership
Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
Process and quality orientation with attention to detail
Understanding of sales compensation processes, policies, and governance

Ability to collaborate and build influence cross-functionally
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years experience in sales and/or sales compensation analytics role
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient and knowledgeable with SFDC
Bachelors degree
