Location: HQ - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role, 3-days a week in office)
About the Role
This new addition to our fast-growing team is a strategic thinker who can see around corners and identify issues before they become a bottleneck. This role will be vital as we evolve our channel program and scale our operations team. They will play a cross functional role between the Channel, Business Applications, Marketing, Finance and Business Operations. We are looking for someone who is ready to dig in and take leadership of managing functions in our next phase of rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute our Global Channel Rebate Programs for our Resale and MSP Partners
Responsible for tracking partner performance against rebate program requirements and providing biweekly updates to partners on YTD attainment
Contribute to the strategy and execution of the Arctic Wolf Channel Program and identify opportunities for improvement in Arctic Wolf’s Channel Program
Responsible for evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of our Partner incentive programs, including Rebates, Not-for-Resale, and other partner benefit programs
Accountable to drive adoption of Partner Program Incentives, Partner Program tier attainment requirements, and provide visibility and strategies for helping partners achieve tier requirements
Work with Channel Marketing, Channel Enablement, and the broader Channel team to help communicate program updates and changes
Contribute to the biannual Wolfpack Partner Program audit process and provide resources and updates on partner achievement against tier requirements throughout the fiscal year
Who You Are
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
Process and quality orientation with high attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years Channel Program or Operations experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Resellers, Managed Service Providers, and Distributors
Preferred Qualifications
Experiencing managing channel Rebate, NFR and incentive programs
Experience managing partner programs
Experience with International Channels
