Description:
This addition to our fast-growing team will assist in the management and development of analytics. We are looking for a data-driven problem solver with the ability to approach challenges or issues from multiple perspectives and can provide meaningful narratives using data and visualizations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with other team members, stakeholders, and show a
willingness to provide exceptional support and drive positive results.
Responsibilities:
- Create and improve documentation related to sales metrics and KPIs.
- Identify new approaches to automate our current recurring reporting and live dashboards
- Provide broad business support to the other team members on projects and ad-hoc reporting on an ongoing basis.
- Combine multiple pieces of information from various data sources, distill, and format them into actionable insights for the sales team.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports within Salesforce.com and Tableau
- Validate data integrity within Salesforce.com and Snowflake
- Manage special projects while prioritizing incoming requests for analysis
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in a sales analytics or data analytics
- Microsoft Excel experience is a must and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) are a plus
- Experience with Salesforce.com a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and strong process definition and documentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player.
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
