SUMMARY
The New Business Development/Strategy Manager position is within the New Business Development Team and will support the development and implementation of capabilities to create differentiation and value within the marketplace when a gap has been identified in a customer segment, market or channel that limits growth, inhibits an exceptional customer experience or limits the ability to achieve aggressive goals. Success in this position will require a strong understanding of business processes, project management skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally to implement and refine capabilities that are scalable and profitable over time. PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Work closely with the Sr Manager New Business Development, Pro-Division leadership and cross functional partners to execute strategies that enable accelerated sales growth across multiple segments and/or channels.
- Supports the assessment and planning of New Business Development opportunities that serve to create new streams of revenue and improve profitability or accelerate sales growth.
- Work in collaboration with regional/local leaders on every aspect of "New Business" operations/capabilities including but not limited to recruitment, selection, on-boarding, performance management, fostering a high-performance team culture, effective meeting planning and execution.
- Supports the implementation of lean processes and technology solutions across all areas of new business development to ensure continuous improvement. Support new and developing operations in establishing best end to end processes.
- Optimize operational, technological and install capacity plans through partnership with local market leaders to ensure levels are sufficient to meet local demands and allow for growth.
- Work closely with regional and local leadership to structure and execute development efforts.
- Coordinate with Sr. Director of New Business Development, Finance, IT, local leadership and AW Facilities and Real Estate to manage Capital planning, regular maintenance and other facility projects as required
- Collaborate with field and local leaders at all levels to provide oversight and guidance of the operations, technology and installation in all New Business Development initiatives. This will include assessment of overall performance and efforts to further develop capabilities within local and regionalized teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of business operations, information technology and/or field installation experience
- Continuous improvement process management skills
- Problem solving ability to find solutions and execute resolution with minimal guidance
- Strong team skills with the ability to act as key facilitator to drive for results and affect change
- Lean Sigma experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is a plus, but not required
SALARY INFORMATION
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $121,804 to $188,801 annually.
