Supply Chain Analyst 1

The Supply Chain Analyst role will be focused within our Logistics ERP/Reconciliation team in Oak Park Heights. This role will have a balance of daily tactical responsibilities that will be vital to the day-to-day operations, along with the opportunity to drive how processes should look in their future state. They will be responsible for managing and driving continuous improvement for the assigned responsibilities within the Andersen Logistics Network. This individual will be expected to balance priorities from multiple groups simultaneously while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Daily analysis and communication of inventory accuracy between our ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
Evaluate short shipped transfer orders and create new transfer orders based on product availability or production dates
Create and maintain relationships with internal business partners
Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate teams to meet objectives
Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain tools such as ERP, Kanban, 5Y, etc.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings having explicit objectives and scope.
Represents Supply Chain in projects across the value stream.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.
Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, data mining, and data reporting
Strong computer skills and experience with excel, word, and outlook
Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization
Actively participates in creation of own development plan
Willingness to travel to Consolidation Center and other distribution centers when needed.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem-solving and continuous improvement
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience with high-volume production planning
Effective communication skills through written, verbal, and listening techniques

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480-$102,720.

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $ 3,500.00 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
