SUMMARY:
Experienced Supply Chain leader in in planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the team. This includes hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, discipline and performance evaluation. Develops plans to meet department annual goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for the annual strategy development, prioritization and deployment of resources to meet business objectives, achieving 1-3 year goals.
- Ensures work efforts are aligned to deliver expected outcomes, on time and on budget.
- Creates energy through aggressive goals to achieve breakthrough results
- Communicate and collaborate across functions such as Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, Logistics.
- Support and involve employees in identifying and permanently removing obstacles to performance excellence
- Identifies key talent and develops employees to reach their potential
- Provide appropriate training, tools, guidance, coaching and feedback to team.
- Understand supply chain capacity constraints across the supply chain. Participates in a sustainable S&OP process
- Drives a disciplined commitment to AMS systems and creates a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
- Lives the Andersen values. Builds and inspires trust through transparency, and collaboration
- Leads a department of supply chain professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Technology. Experienced leader with 10+ years across end to end supply chain
- manufacturing operations such as ERP, WMS
- Ability to communicate and sell ideas to operations partners
- Experience in creating high performance teams through understanding employee capabilities and providing performance feedback.
- Knowledge in supply chain and lean methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in coaching, training, and developing others.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
