SUMMARY
This role manages enterprise accounts Payable activities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to one or a combination of: supplier invoicing, escheatment, W-9 / 1099 tax compliance, disbursements, application of supplier credits, master data management, credit references, corporate charge card programs, source to pay transactional processing application, etc. Responsibilities have a moderate degree of direct supplier interaction with enterprise transactional, analytical and reporting complexity in a multi-system environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the daily operations of an enterprise Accounts Payable team in a complex, multisystem environment
- Leading and coaching team on simple to complex accounting and process issues
- Developing and partnering with other leaders and Shared Services director on a strategic plan for the organization
- Leading programs and governing policies ensuring compliance to policy
- Developing and implementing operational KPI’s ensuring operations are in control
- Supporting all key financial cycles and ensuring timely transactional processing
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- BS in Accounting Preferred or a combination of Finance or another Management / Business related degree with appropriate years of experience managing an Accounting or Shared Services function.
- 7-10 Years’ experience in a Shared Services or other Finance / Accounting Organization.
- 7-10 Years in a management role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic enterprise role
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Management experience in a high-demand, complex environment working for a multi-billion dollar company
- Strong accounting skills and willingness to dig into accounting details as this is a working manager role
- Passion and energy around driving positive change in systems and business processes in a collaborative, transparent manner
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to professionally handle conflict in a positive manner
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification in business architecture, Lean Six Sigma, change management, etc.
- Experience implementing ERP or other systems
- Experience leading company card programs (Travel & Entertainment, P-Card)

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
