Renewal by Andersen is looking to add an Ordering Retail Service Representative (RSR) I to our team in Des Plaines, IL. This position will be hybrid- both in office and remote. The Ordering Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers. This is not a customer facing role and is more closely aligned to data entry and administrative duties. This role will require you to be onsite a few days a week. Training period will be 5 days in office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Processes complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
* Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.
* Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.
* Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.
* Prepares customer correspondence.
* Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.
* Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.
* Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program.
* May train others in office and customer service processes.
* May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years' work experience to include order processing work.
* Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills.
* Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.
* Intermediate writing skills.
* Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.
* Knowledge of Products/Services.
* Persuasiveness.
* Time Management.
* Results orientation.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $19-25 hr.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
