PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage distribution of projects, site assignments and conduct bi-monthly review with Team members to enable successful project implementation along with work/life balance. Encourage personal development and career growth by identifying training and professional certification opportunities. Evaluate people resources and plan for future talent based on Enterprise growth.
· With Director of Facilities, develop strategy to effectively manage Enterprise portfolio of facilities and sites to address preventative and deferred maintenance while positioning the Company for growth.
· Manage the capital and expense budgets for Enterprise Facilities projects. Includes collecting data on existing investments and planning resources for future growth initiatives. Promptly react to failing infrastructure to support manufacturing operations.
· Collaborate with Plant Managers, Site Facility Managers, and support function division directors throughout the Enterprise to plan for future facility and infrastructure improvements to support business expansion and investments. Maintain aging infrastructure 10-year plan; oversee facility spaces assessments ratings and building master plans.
· Collaborate with FM Global as our property insurer and risk manager partner to establish proven work methods and means to protect our people and buildings from catastrophic loss and maintain business continuity.
· Partner with Real Estate on evaluations of future sites and identify current and future facility locations for improvements
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
· 12+ years of related experience in facilities management, mechanical or electrical engineering or MEP construction management
· Excellent verbal, written, people and diplomacy skills are required
· Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA regulations, building codes, product quality, cost control and industry standard design and construction methods
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
· Registered Professional Engineer designation
· AutoCAD, REVIT and other BIM tools experience
· Experience preparing and reviewing technical construction and service contracts
· Collaborative, proactive communicator; effective both 1:1 and in groups
· Self starter and works well as a team leader

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
