We are looking for a Revenue Operations Strategy Analyst that will aid the revenue team and leaders to become more data literate by translating complex analysis into easy to understand and actionable insights. Provide and maintain the key metrics sales, marketing & the customer experience teams use to define success.
This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in data analysis, performance evaluation, revenue strategy and planning.
**Hybrid work schedule with in office commitments each week**
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build repeatable processes and tools/dashboards to empower both revenue leaders and reps with critical operational data related to revenue strategy and execution. Examples include: weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports, pipeline reviews, sales and/or marketing programs. Be able to articulate to our revenue reps how the process/data relates to overall revenue strategy.
- Analyze complex business problems through independent in – depth investigations and data forensics. Identify operational inefficiencies, data quality issues and behavioral trends.
- Collaborate within revenue operations team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting to support sales, marketing & customer experience strategy.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree – business analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics
- 1-3 year's experience. Individual must demonstrate analytical aptitude.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
