Andersen Corporation seeks IT Business Analyst Baan in Oak Park Heights, MN with responsibility for planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the functional areas of our BaanERP, BaanIV and InforLN application packages. The specific duties are: Business analysis and process design in one or more functional areas (finance, accounting, sales, engineering, manufacturing, etc.) within the enterprise in the analysis, and redesign of application package functions and processes; Assess business objectives and design business processes for objectives in such a way that they may be effectively modeled, configured and measured within the package application environment; Specify, develop, and validate complex business reports; Develop, coordinate, and execute appropriate unit (functional), integration and volume tests to ensure successful implementation and support efforts.; Communicate application package capabilities and possibilities to designated functional areas, while seeking ways to collaborate with IT members to facilitate transition to and support of the application package; Respond to and resolve service desk tickets logged by internal customers; Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.

Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (OR EQUIVALENT); five years of experience using INFORLN/BAAN ERP Software for design and technical support purposes. Remote work permitted.
