SUMMARY

Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive team of Sales Consultants in our Orange County market! As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners.

We are looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a sales Consultant, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results.

Our sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

• Minimum of one year selling experience.

• One to two years of customer service experience.

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• In-home or outside sales experience preferred.

• Availability to work some evening and weekend appointments.

• Ability to sit, walk, reach waist level, and climb stairs.

• Ability to reach from floor to, at, and above shoulder level.

• Ability to routinely lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces.

KEY SKILLS

• Proven track record of success, demonstrated by ranking as top-performing sales rep, awards received, and recognition received for exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to build strong client relationships.

• Keen understanding of consumer behavior and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Strategic sales skills, including the ability to use different methods to negotiate and close sales.

• High level of emotional intelligence; exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Expertise in providing white-glove service and positive brand experience.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

• Tech savvy.

SALARY INFORMATION

Paid training, $25 per hour, is provided during the 10-week training period. Compensation is 100% commission-based (without a base salary, hourly wage, or draw) once the 10-week training period has concluded. Compensation averages between $200,000 - $300,000.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) contribution, a robust employee well-being program, as well as profit-sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit-sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
