SUMMARY

In our mission to become a world-class customer experience company, logistics plays a key role in connecting the supply chain and delivering value for our customers. We are seeking a leader with a strong technical and functional foundation within the logistics technology space, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This leader will be responsible for developing and leading a strategy for WMS that aligns with the enterprise objectives and growth strategies and inspiring a team to deliver on that strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop, lead, and inspire a team of professionals while fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.

· Motivate and lead a team while engaging and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful results.

· Optimization of WMS capabilities with a focus on space utilization, efficient movement of goods through single warehouse and multiple locations

· Optimization of transportation tools to reduce costs, increase visibility, and enhance route optimization.

· Conduct operational assessments to address gaps and lead continuous improvement efforts.

· Maintain a prioritized backlog, delivering on the most valuable improvements and features.

· Able to define and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to WMS.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field

· Equivalent professional experience will be considered as an alternative to a relevant degree.

· Experience in leading change management initiatives related to system implementation and upgrades.

· Desire to keep up with the latest trends and developments in WMS technologies and logistics.

· Ability to work effectively with diverse teams including IT, operations, and external stakeholders.

· Familiarity with integration of WMS with ERP, transformation management, and other related systems.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

· Advanced knowledge of Blue Yonder’s warehouse management functionality and configurations

· Experience with Baan ERP versions

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
