Position Qualifications

Physician Assistant

  • Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience in hem/onc as a physician assistant required.
  • working in a Current Minnesota Licensure as a Physician Assistant through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
  • Physician Assistant Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Valid DEA Registration

Nurse Practitioner

  • Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience in hem/onc as a nurse practitioner required.
  • Current licensure as RN in State of Minnesota
  • Current registration as a nurse practitioner with the MN Board of Nursing
  • Valid DEA Registration
