Q&A (Queer and Allies) ERG, Asian ERG, SWAT (Strategic Women Advancing Transportation) ERG, Spectrum (autism spectrum focus) ERG, Latino-American ERG, and Veterans ERG. The Queer and Allies (Q&A) Employees Resource Group is for MnDOT employees who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, or Two Spirit and their allies. Q & A focuses on providing a safe and respectful work environment for LGBTQQIA2S employees and their allies.
