Sr. Finance Analyst

Sr. Finance Analyst Areas of Opportunity:

• Business-embedded, commercial Finance (i.e., our operating units or segments)
• Brand/Marketing
• Supply Chain
• Sales & Trade
• Accounting
• Tax
• Treasury
• Audit
• Corporate Finance (P&A, Finance Capabilities, Admin, functional support)
• Strategy & Growth

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 3+ years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, most notably Excel
• Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to deliver strong results through partnership
• High learning agility and ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Unquestioned ability to maintain fiduciary responsibility
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA
• Experience working and influencing on a cross-functional teams
• Ability to tell story with data
• Strong presentation and main point messaging skills
• Financial Certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.)

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $77900.00 - $117000.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifictions, etc. As such, pay for the succesful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
