As an SDA, 50% of your week will be dedicated to managing a territory with medium to large format stores. Embracing an entrepreneurial spirit, this part of the role allows you to build and maintain relationships with key contacts, strategically sell using customer & category insights and flawlessly execute promotions to help grow the General Mills business. The other 50% of your time is based out of the head office where SDAs gain experience and expertise in selling & negotiating, analyzing customer data, leading Retail Execution, and projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams to impact in-store conditions.
