The FLDP encourages candidates to demonstrate leadership, hone critical thinking skills and develop business context, all while experiencing our culture of belonging. At General Mills, we strive for all employees to be valued, connected and empowered. The internship experience is a robust 10-week program leading projects critical to our business.
