The FLDP is designed to provide incoming analysts with a variety of roles and experiences, building skills in technical foundations, functional depth and business basics. FLDP analysts receive training to accelerate their impact.
The FLDP encourages candidates to demonstrate leadership, hone critical thinking skills and develop business context, all while experiencing our culture of belonging. At General Mills, we strive for all employees to be valued, connected and empowered. The internship experience is a robust 10-week program leading projects critical to our business.
Analysts and interns typically work at General Mills’ World Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.
After completing the FLDP, your career path will lead to increasing accountability as a Senior Financial Analyst. While the majority of Finance roles are in Minneapolis, your post-FLDP career could take you across the globe to other General Mills facilities in North America or worldwide.
