Job Overview
The role will be responsible to work on and manage a team purposed to partner with the Category Management teams in US markets. The team member will build a seamless rapport with the point of contact overseas, address and initiate business requests, establish solutions through sophisticated reporting/ tool building, superior presentations/visuals; the work completed will be sent with an actionable analysis that showcases depth & breadth of business acumen to enable growth of our distribution goals for the products & categories.

The role will also lead the team supporting Planogram capabilities for Captaincy categories and should act as a “Subject Matter Expert” on shelf layout and design principles and has good experience on softwares like JDA, Apollo & Shelf IQ.

The AM must have a strong grasp of alternatives and use thought leadership to make calculated decisions to influence how projects & capabilities shape up - this includes leveraging well-conceived proof of concepts, drive standardization & excellent Stakeholder Management.

Education & Experience




Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements:   Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study:Business Management, Marketing, Retail



Minimum years of related experience required: 4 - 6 years of Reporting, Analytics & Planogram experience in Category Management within CPG industry with People and Career Management experience, minimum 1 yr. of direct people management (team size 3-5)
Preferred years of related experience: 5 - 8 years of Reporting, Analytics & Planogram experience in Category Management within CPG industry with People and Career Management experience, 3 yrs of direct people management
Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
-          Strong analytic skills (Nielsen, IRI) and experience aggregating internal & external data sources of information to build meaningful insights/selling stories to address business opportunities

-          Experience in data analysis with the ability to rationalize in apt and simplified manners

-          Project management, People management, Career Planning, Talent Nurturing, Resource Mobilization

-          Expertise with market data analysis tools and visualization is required

-          Manifest superior results leveraging a host of tools/databases and software’s/platforms

-          Collaborate with peers to align with  evolving needs and showcase agility to adapt
