• Formulate and execute Sales strategies in different sales channels along with company’s sales and revenue objectives
• Build relationship with customers at all levels
• Customer value creation by delivering customer strategy & insight to drive sustainable growth in business
• Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing team for promotional activities
• Demand forecast management and accuracy delivery
• Plan & control all trade spending, advertising and promotion fund
• Maximize the efficiency of promoters and merchandisers
• Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline preferred
• 3-5 years key account management experience at least in FMCG.
• Proactive mind and good numerical sense will be essential
• Shift culture to become one that is focused on learning and comfortable with change – ongoing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with particular emphasis on presentation and negotiation techniques
• Good in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Mature, independent & presentable
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
