Job Overview
Working within the Global Medi Manager CPW team at CMI the candidate will work closely with the Global Media lead to support the media planning process globally.

CPW is looking to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the global media buying, their role is pivotal in helping

Working with also key stakeholders when needed such as the marketing effectiveness team, the digital team and if need the global brand teams.


Job Responsibilities
100% of Time Media planning
- Help managing the day 2 day management of Redmill (CPW media management tool ), making sure that media plans are delivered on time and are accurate including all KPIs requited by CPW
- Analyze media plans to see if they are in line with global guidelines (DNA)
- Help with the data export from Redmill to update the global dashboard
Competitive data
- Create quarterly or monthly newsletter on competitive trends (monitor new campaigns etc)
- Help with request of competitive data to media agencies
- Help for the data to be fed in the global competitive dashboard
Media trends
- Help to analyze key Media trends and audiences using GWI (Global Web Index)
Monitor of local media activation of global campaigns
- Help monitoring use of global assets
Other ad hoc requests
- Ad hoc request on Facebook Business Manager (for example creation of tags etc) potentially also google ads or other platforms
- Possible ad hoc requests on google analytics if needed

Desired Profile


Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Marketing



Minimum years of related experience required: 2-3 years – in media or digital agency
Preferred years of related experience: Experience in managing media planning or buying

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
- Understanding of Media Plans
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (360 a plus)
- Knowledge of the different paid Social, Search and Display platforms. Facebook, google search, youtube, Snap, Tik Tok
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using SQL a plus
- Experience in Power BI a plus
- Experience working and collaborating with others to build effective plans for conducting analysis based on needs of the project.
