Job Overview
• This role is an Individual Contributor role for SAP Development team responsible for custom developments.
• Individual should be able to work complex on development tasks independently and provide technical consultation to the functional team to reach the right technical solution for the problem at hand.
• Individual should be able to convert functional requirement into technical specification and implement solutions and guide junior team members to implement the solutions in hand.
• The Individual should have a deep technical understanding on Core ABAP, PI, ALE/IDOC, WorkFlow, Layouts, UI/UX etc
• The individual should have deep functional understanding in at least three. (MM, SD, FI, CRM, TM, APO etc.)
• The individual should also have work experience in the latest offerings of SAP (ABAP on Hana, S4 Hana, C4 Hana, UI/Fiori etc.)
• The Individual should be able to define and implement integrated Process improvements within the team.
• The Individual should be able to champion the SAP best practices within the team (Code Review, DDIC & Change Control) and work on stewardship roles for the monitoring and implementation on the best practices.
