This is the Global Shared Services arm of General Mills Inc., which supports its operations worldwide. With over 1,300 employees in Mumbai, the center has capabilities in the areas of Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Digital and Technology, Sales Capabilities, Consumer Insights, ITQ (R&D & Quality), and Enterprise Business Services. Shift Timings: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm

Key Accountabilities:

Manage a global process for long-term sustainability

  • Responsible to design, deploy, sustain, and mature global solution and standards consistent with the strategic vision and maturity roadmap
  • Recommend global process standard(s), local exceptions, and process improvements
  • Partner with Region Capability Leads to identify business requirements and coordinate interdependencies for process, data, and technology design across the FP&A capability team
  • Improve and adapt the global process standard(s) to meet changing business conditions and requirements
  • Execute approved process design changes
  • Sustain the global process via governance processes
  • Serve as global process SME for process, data, and technology
  • Maintain process documentation and knowledge management
  • Responsible for change management and communication plan details and execution
  • Operate the day to day process management and issue resolution

Global and cross-functional team leadership

  • Partner with business stakeholders and FP&A Capability Leaders to escalate and resolve issues and enhancements
  • Partner with technical team resources to develop and implement enhancements and new capabilities in the suite of Reporting & Analytics tools

  • Solid understanding of P&L planning and business process
  • Technical aptitude for process, data, systems and metrics

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, CIS (Computer Information Systems), Computer Science, MIS (Management Information Systems) or other Bachelor’s degree with related experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global and cross-functional team partnership
  • Experience with Tableau, Analysis for Office, BPC planning, Looker, PowerBI, Powerapps
  • Experience with continuous improvement approaches
