  • Provides expertise to establish appropriate program delivery strategies including planning, communications and reporting, training, implementation of relevant tools and platforms, budget assessment, delivery, and timing of complex initiatives.

  • Directs and manages project teams’ efforts to identify, implement, and standardize efficient business process improvements that leverage technology solutions and best practices.

  • Leads complex special projects, initiatives, and teams to perform analysis that enhances CED’s program delivery capability. Independently assesses, recommends, and develops contemporary visualization products directly contributing to and enhancing CED’s ability to communicate and report out its sustained strategy to internal and external stakeholders. Oversees ongoing and ad hoc communications on projects with the Strategy Office, the Corporate Secretary, and others.

  • Liaises on application troubleshooting for the CED team; leads the effort to resolve issues/problems of moderate to complex scope.

  • Independently assesses and resolves complex problems with limited guidance; taking a broad perspective to identify solutions by applying knowledge of technical expertise, relationships, CED capabilities, and stakeholders to effectively contribute and drive business results.

  • Focuses on both day-to-day and cumulatively holistic analytical and business process implementations to include the creation and maintenance of documentation for workflows and processes that contribute to effective program delivery.

  • Liaises with internal stakeholders to manage, analyze, and report on CED program delivery efforts.

  • Maintains awareness and ability to share at a high-level key themes of existing and upcoming CED projects/initiatives by monitoring CED website and project planning boards.
