Federal Reserve Bank of St. LouisThe Business Technology Solutions team in the Supervision, Credit, and Learning Division is looking for a Technology Support Analyst to provide general IT support to internal customers. You will report to a manager in the Supervision Division with responsibility for responding to IT requests to ensure Division staff has the technology needed to perform in their role. You will also be a Division liaison, working with IT Teams at the local and National level. You will work onsite in the St. Louis office.


  • Provide support in onboarding and offboarding Division staff including access management, hardware, and software.
  • Provide quality end-user support with quick responses on queries and easy to understand directions.
  • Create Virtual Machines for offsite bank examinations and support bank examiners before and during scheduled exams.
  • Oversee process to ensure Bank staff has proper access to confidential supervisory information and access is properly documented.
  • Liaison to local information technology support to ensure software and hardware needs of Division customers are met.
  • Help customers by providing basic troubleshooting and distribution of computer peripherals.
  • Provide onsite hands-on technical support.
  • Create job and business process efficiencies by ascertaining customer needs, researching options, identifying solutions, and making a recommendation for the most appropriate solution.
  • Support hybrid conference room technology needs.
  • Participate in IT System-level workgroups and early adopter programs, to stay current on technology trends and issues.


  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
  • 3+ years' experience providing analytical or IT Support
  • Experience in customer service, project prioritization, relationship management, and collaborating across teams
  • Quick to adopt new technologies in a shifting IT landscape
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams or other similar collaboration tools
  • Understanding of IT concepts and standards and can translate to non-IT users
  • Experience with Microsoft products like Office, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power Bi or similar automation tools
  • Experience with process improvement and analysis
  • Travel (<5%)

Salary: 72,500 - 93,000
