About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team responsible for developing and supporting mission critical national applications for the Credit Risk Management business line. As a member of our team, you will provide a wide variety administrative support for officers and management.
You Will:
- Provide administrative support including ordering and managing supplies, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings with various stakeholders both inside and outside of the Bank.
- Perform basic analysis which includes conducting research, reviewing data and writing reports.
- Complete and coordinate ad-hoc projects.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings which may include creating agendas, retrieving documentation from speakers, building packets for hand-outs, functioning as coordinator during event, taking notes and preparing written summaries for management.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, presentation materials, etc. in consultation with business leaders.
- Serve as a resource to others by proofreading documents for proper Bank style, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting; recommends related revisions.
- Assist with supporting new and current employee needs, including location moves, and technology access and asset requests.
- May provide limited budget support which includes preparing monthly accruals and reports, performing monthly verification, tracking of invoices and basic contract administration.
- Other duties as assigned.
You Have:
- Four years of professional administrative assistant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience interacting with high level individuals in corporate, political, and social settings.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, various Internet applications, e-mail applications, and information sharing databases.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions where precedents may not be established.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail, handle frequent interruptions, set priorities, and adapt quickly to changes.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and team attitude.

Notes:
This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.
This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
