What we do:
The Quality Engineering function within Enterprise Platforms and Capabilities organization is responsible for overall Quality Engineering practices in each squad. The Quality Engineers in the squad collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Master to create a quick feedback loop for Quality through Test Automation and Continuous Testing.
Your role as QE Engineer Specialist UI:
Collaborating in Agile cross-functional teams with to deliver solutions with high quality across different technical environments in trading domain.
Testing API, data profiling included end to end business workflows having UI. API MQ messaging etc. Ability to independently identify analyze the requirement and gathering data from various sources based on the logical use cases and rules.
Good knowledge of automation framework and should be experienced in delivering in-sprint automation.
Validating existing user scenarios in old system, performing good debugging/analytical reasoning skills including application log validations.
Good and strong programming experience in Java and JavaScript with ability to create scripts to run through continuous integration.
Have had experience working in a DevOps environment: good understanding and hands-on experience of CI/CD process developing/ executing test automation through continuous testing.
Good Cloud knowledge with working experience using AWS services.
What we are looking for:
Working experience in Agile cross-functional teams and/or iterative development methodologies, with extensive experience delivering solutions across different technical environments with knowledge through TDD and BDD approach.
Proficiency in using similar frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Karate, JUnit, Rest assured, ability to automate (create, maintain, and execute) end to end tests for UI and API workflows.
Strong programming skills in language such as Java, JavaScript with ability to write modular maintainable code.
Working experience and knowledge of test automation architecture such as POM or similar design patterns.
Experienced with CI/CD practices integrating automated tests into the pipeline through tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins.
Knowledge of tools and practices to perform cross-browser testing, visual and performance testing will be an added advantage. Basic Linux and SQL experience
Working experiences on AWS services is a must.
Salary Range: $148400 – $207900 / year
