As a Product Management Intern at Code42 you will be exposed to many aspects of product management, including market research, feature planning, cross functional communication, and various projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to sharpen their skills related to business acumen, analytics, and product management.


  • Researching and understanding the problems our customers are trying to solve
  • Organizing input on new product features and functions ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Working with all Product Managers to improve stakeholder intake process
  • Collaborating with various organizations within Code42 to assist in the launching of new features
  • Engaging with sales, field services, and other customer facing groups to improve product feedback process
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited college or university
  • Core Business classes completed, or will be completed at time of internship in an accredited University Business/Marketing program
  • Demonstrated ability to display high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and display advanced organizational skills (i.e. school projects/extracurricular activities/leadership activities)
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) from May 28th - August 16th (expected dates)
  • Ability to work hybrid (in office 2 days a week)
  • Proficiency in GSuite applications
