SUMMARY
This position will lead a team of organizational development and change consultants, serving as a subject matter expert on the enterprise Talent and Culture Enablement (T&CE) team. This position will be key to building our organizational development and change team to create common tools, best practices, and up-skilling our HR function and business leaders in organizational development and change. We are looking for an individual who will thrive working in a fast-paced environment while driving the strategy, organizational development and change, initiatives and influencing the culture.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes Enterprise Domain area expertise in the organization development, design, and change management
• Serves as the liaison between TCE team, HR leadership and business leadership for organizational design governance and practices
• Develops an up-skilling pathway for HR practitioners and business leaders in organization design, executes on up-skilling plans through training and facilitation
• Utilizes industry best practices and knowledge to advance the practice of organization development at Andersen – providing consultative support to the TCE, HR community and business leaders
• Designs and implements programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and teams to increase organization productivity and customer satisfaction
• Conducts organizational assessments and interventions to improve team and individual performance and effectiveness
• Assesses critical business issues and designs organizational development and strategic plans to enhance company performance.
• Facilitates design and implementation of re-engineering and/or reorganization efforts
• Partners with peers on the TCE leadership team to identify high-level leadership needs and recommend systemic solutions including development, coaching, and training for managers on leadership skills.
• Partner with peers on the TCE leadership team to create strategies to drive adoption and adherence to talent management processes and practices in the organization’s leaders, employees, and across HR. This may include guides, templates, tools, and resources.
• Provides suggestions and solutions for improvements to existing processes and on new or existing materials that support these processes based on feedback from business leaders, HR partners and TCE colleagues.
- Leads the employee engagement program manager to lead the Andersen employee engagement strategy, implementation, enterprise-wide analysis, insights, and action planning; provide thought leadership and partnership to HR and business leaders to develop systemic solutions to improve employee engagement. he culture.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience within HR discipline with strong domain expertise in organizational development, including organizational design, team effectiveness, change management and leadership intervention
- Demonstrated organizational development experience including leading large-scale organizational design projects, team effectiveness, change management for large-scale projects and leadership intervention
- Strong project management, organization skills and research skills with the ability to deliver timely, quality products; ability to develop and manage project plans that ensure flawless execution
- Strong analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to make data driven decisions, problem solve and recommend creative solutions. Exhibits a solutions-based focus and can translate decisions into easily understood explanations.
- Ability to utilize HR systems to obtain data for analysis and reports, as appropriate and produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships; ability to influence without position power
- Demonstrates initiative – willing to take new tasks; is proactive in completing deliverables
- Attention to detail on all project plans and solutions
- Experience delivering executive-level presentations and business cases
- Strong consultative skills exemplified by the ability to ask appropriate questions to identify unstated needs with internal clients
- Experience as an HR Business partner
- Solid oral and written communications skills as evidenced through briefings to leadership and employee communications

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
